Zack Varkaris

Zack Varkaris is a biologist, biohacker, and longevity researcher, and the Scientific Director and Founder of Austin Biotec. He holds a BSc in Marine and Molecular Biology from Heriot-Watt University and operates at the intersection of biotechnology, regenerative medicine, and human performance optimization.

With a multidisciplinary background spanning marine biology, renewable energy, and applied life sciences, Varkaris focuses on advancing innovative approaches to cellular health, stem cell applications, and lifespan extension. In 2019, while researching the effects of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) on ovarian health, he developed Rejuvacyte™, a stem cell and exosome-based protocol designed to delay menopause and support long-term health and longevity.

The Rejuvacyte™ protocol has demonstrated promising outcomes and, alongside a complementary longevity-focused fitness program, is expanding globally. Guided by the ethos that reproductive systems form a foundational pillar of overall vitality and lifespan optimization, he has also developed Freudenspanne, an innovation emerging from early-stage procedural advancements.

Varkaris has contributed to the growing fields of biohacking and preventive health, exploring how scientific insights and experimental methodologies can be translated into practical frameworks for enhancing human vitality. His work reflects a broader movement bridging traditional biology with next-generation health technologies.

As an author, including The Vevellis Chronicles, he combines scientific curiosity with narrative exploration, connecting themes of human evolution, philosophy, and the future of medicine. He is currently completing a forthcoming book, The 3 Laws of Longevity, which outlines key principles for extending healthspan and optimizing human performance.

Guided by a forward-looking philosophy, Varkaris emphasizes the convergence of science, adaptability, and human potential—where innovation drives discovery, resilience shapes progress, and knowledge empowers individuals to take an active role in their longevity journey.
